With the purchase of a group purchase of 4 users or more users, we offer 1-2 free “Group Leader” accounts to the Program Director, Coordinator, or faculty.
A Group Leader account has all of the content, access, and features of a regular NowYouKnowNeuro account, plus an added “Groups” tab. Within this tab, the leader can view the progress and performance of each of the members in the group.
This optional feature applies only to lump-sum group purchases.
Features Included
The following statistics may be tracked by the Group Leader in the Groups portal:
- Overall performance percentage of your group
- Worldwide overall user performance
- Number of questions completed by each group member
- Overall performance percentage per user in group, and percentile
- The last login time of each member
- Topic category breakdown with leading member in each category, and overall performance per category compared to worldwide
How to Access
After your group purchase payment, we will request a list of the name and email address of each user in your group. If you would like the 1-2 free optional Group Leader accounts, please also include their information in this list.
To access the portal:
- Log in with your “Group Leader” account
- Select the “Q-Bank” tab at the top of the screen.
- Select the “Groups” tab.
